This position with the Duininck Construction team offers the opportunity to safely transport equipment and materials to various job sites, support crew operations, and contribute to high-quality project delivery throughout our region.

The Role:

• Safely operate assigned trucks to pick up, transport, and deliver equipment or materials such as aggregate, hot mix, asphalt, or dirt.
• Secure loads in accordance with safety regulations and company policy.
• Coordinate closely with crew members during pickup and delivery to ensure safe and efficient workflow.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and proper operating condition.
• Complete required documentation such as inspections, prorate forms, and other compliance reporting.
• Communicate with dispatch and the One Call System when maintenance or repairs are needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Work Environment:

• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch, and sit for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly work extended or overtime hours depending on project needs.
• Travel throughout Central & Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and the Eastern Dakotas.

What we Look For:

• Commercial Driver's License required; Class A CDL preferred.
• Current DOT Health Card required.
• Tanker Endorsement preferred.
• Ability to speak and communicate in English.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards.
• Commitment to safe driving, load security, and reliable transportation practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a variety of people and positions.
• Willingness to travel and work long or irregular hours during the construction season.
